BttrayCE is not a valid program

Difficulty: 
This error message popped up, on my HTC Touch Pro 2 device, after installing TomTom 7.
It places new bluetooth dll’s in your device file system.
\Windows\BtSdkCE30.dll
\Windows\BtCoreIf.dll
A simple rename or remove, will solve the issue.
You can access it via your device file explorer. – Make sure hidden files are visible.
